Recently we had the opportunity to interview Kendrick Koh regarding his success as a trader and as an entrepreneur. Here is the interview we had with him which will be an inspiration for you
1. Hello! Can you please tell us about yourself?
Hello! I am Kendrick Koh, a Singaporean trader and I am the founder of Traders’ Index (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Through Traders’ Index (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.; we teach about the stock market to the public. I have over 10 years trading experience in different countries including Singapore, Hong Kong and US markets.
I graduated in 2002 from National University of Singapore and masters in 2007 from Nanyang Technological University.
I am also a trained portfolio manager with experience of handling portfolio of about USD 20 million. All these qualifications and experience in trading helps me to teach about trading to the public who doesn’t have skills on trading.
2. Why did you decide to start Traders’ Index (Singapore)? What inspired you?
Through my experience of over 10 years as a trader I found that most people enter into the stock market without proper knowledge. Due to such lack of knowledge, most people leave the stock market without any success. They lose their interest in trading as they do not have the right knowledge to be successful. However, I believe that with right knowledge, most people can be successful in trading and earn profits.
As a result I decided to teach people about trading by starting Traders’ Index (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
3. How do you think Traders’ Index (Singapore) is helpful for its clients?
In Traders’ Index (Singapore), we teach people on how to be a successful trader. When you become a student of Traders’ Index (Singapore),you will gain the skills as a trader including the basic knowledge of stock market, technical analysis, basics of chart reading, trend reading and risk management.
